Oriental Foods is a family business, based in Wembley with roots in India and founded by Mrs Bhavna Patel. In the early nineties, Bhavnaben felt there was a lack of authentic Indian snacks available and started the business by making snacks for some functions to her traditional family recipes. Later Oriental was approached by many guests from those parties and so expanded by adding more snacks. Oriental was then approached by caterers and started providing Indian Samosas, kachoris and other savouries to them. The recipes for the savouries were from Bhavnaben’s grandmothers in India and quickly Oriental developed its name for tasty authentic Indian snacks and savouries. Bhavnaben’s eldest son Krunalbhai, has also joined the management team. Oriental is now well established in the Frozen Indian Food industry with a growing client base and are one of the leading frozen food specialists in the UK particularly London.

Our chefs work around the clock to ensure that the customers enjoy the traditional homemade taste in a healthy manner. The company prepare snacks using locally sourced ingredients and always tries to preserve the nutritional value of food products in a natural way without adding any preservatives.
